This via ferrata is known for its spectacular views.
The route is divided into different levels of difficulty so that both experienced climbers and beginners can take on the challenge. There are sections with rope protection and ladders to ensure safety, but also areas where climbing techniques and surefootedness are required.
During the ascent, we pass impressive natural formations and rocky outcrops that invite us to take short breaks and enjoy the scenery.
The view from the summit of the Gerberkreuz S-W ridge is breathtaking. From here, you can admire the entire Karwendel mountain range, which stretches majestically across the region. The snow-capped peaks, green valleys and glistening lakes form a picture-postcard landscape that is sure to amaze you.
The usual descent then takes place comfortably with the Karwendel cable car.
